Promethean Referral Program

The Promethean Referral Program is our way of thanking our existing clients for introducing new clients to Promethean. When an existing Promethean client refers a new client who completes their first paid treatment, the referring client receives a $50 Promethean credit added to their account.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a referral credit:

• The referring individual must be an existing Promethean client.
• The referred individual must be new to Promethean and must not have previously completed a treatment at the clinic.
• The referred client must complete and pay in full for their first eligible treatment.
• The referred client must provide the referring client’s name when booking, or before completing their first treatment.

2. Referral Credit

A $50 credit is added to the referring client’s Promethean account after the referred client’s first eligible treatment has been completed and paid for in full.

Clients may earn a $50 credit for each eligible new client they refer. Only one referring client may receive credit for each new client, and referral credits cannot be applied retroactively if the referral was not identified before the new client’s first treatment was completed.

3. Using Your Credit

Referral credits may be used toward eligible future treatments or retail product purchases at Promethean.

Referral credits:

• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Are non-transferable and cannot be moved or combined between client accounts.
• Cannot be applied to previous purchases or treatments.
• Cannot be used toward gift cards, deposits, cancellation or no-show fees, or applicable taxes.
• May not be combined with certain promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.

4. Exclusions

Referral credits will not be issued for consultations, complimentary treatments, gift card purchases, retail-only purchases, cancelled or refunded treatments, or other transactions that do not meet the program requirements.

Self-referrals, duplicate client accounts and other attempts to circumvent the intent of the program are not eligible for referral credit. Certain treatments, services or products may be excluded from earning or redeeming referral credits at Promethean’s discretion.

5. Program Changes

Promethean reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and to modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program, including referral credit values and eligibility requirements, at any time.

Any referral credits validly earned before a change to or discontinuation of the program remain subject to the terms that applied when the credit was earned.

6. Effective Date and Acceptance

These terms and conditions are in effect as of 23 October 2026. Participation in the Promethean Referral Program constitutes acceptance of them. For questions about the Referral Program or your account credit, please contact the Promethean team.
