About Our Med Spa
Promethean Clinic is a nurse practitioner led medical aesthetics and wellness practice in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Our founder, Parveen Sangha, NP, brings more than 20 years of critical care, palliative care, and cardiac care experience to every treatment plan. Here, aesthetics is practiced as medicine, not retail.
Our purpose-built clinic at 1111 West Georgia Street houses seven treatment rooms and a dedicated IV lounge, on the thirteenth floor of a Class A downtown tower. Every visit begins with an honest medical assessment, and if a treatment is not right for you, we will tell you.

Our Team
Promethean Clinic was founded by Parveen Sangha, a nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of front line experience in family medicine, cardiac critical care, and palliative care. She is the clinic’s founder and medical director, and care is delivered by a physician supported medical team. That background changes how aesthetic medicine is practiced here: assessment first, safety always, and no treatment that cannot be justified medically.

Before anything is booked, we show you honestly what is achievable for your anatomy, and how results are likely to vary for you.
