On IV therapy
We got the iv treatments after our cruise. It was a great way to rehydrate after being on the boat.

On being nervous about needles

I usually get around 32 units of Botox. Parveen was so strategic with her placement, that I only needed 27 units total to achieve the same, if not better, results. Overall a flawless experience, and I spent less than usual!

What a Five Star Average Does Not Tell You
Read Them With This in Mind
- Reviews self select. People who had a good day are far more likely to write one than people who felt fine about it. Every clinic online is reading from the same skewed sample, ours included.
- An average is not a promise. It tells you what has usually happened. It cannot tell you what your skin, your anatomy or your medical history will do.
- Nobody reviews the treatment they did not have. The patients we turn away rarely leave a review, and turning people away is a meaningful part of how this clinic runs.
- A beautiful room is not a clinical outcome. A lot of reviews mention the view. Weigh the ones about assessment, honesty and results more heavily, here and everywhere else.
Better Questions Than a Star Rating
- Who will actually perform my treatment, and what are they licensed to do?
- What happens if I am not a good candidate? Will you tell me, and will you say so before I have paid?
- What are the risks specific to this treatment, not to treatments in general?
- What does the follow up look like if I am unhappy at two weeks?
