Myers Cocktail in Vancouver, Built Around Your Assessment

THE CONCERN

You Heard the Name, and You Want to Know If It Is Worth It

Most people arrive already knowing the name. A friend had one before a wedding, a podcast mentioned it, or it appeared on another clinic’s menu with a price beside it and no explanation of what actually goes in the bag.

The fair question underneath is whether a formulation first described decades ago is still the right thing to put in your vein today. It is a well documented, widely used starting point. It is not automatically the right one for you.

That is the part most clinics skip. A Myers cocktail is a recipe. What you need is an assessment, and then a formulation that answers it.

No urgency here.

If a Myers style infusion is not what your assessment calls for, we will tell you, and we will tell you what would serve you better.

Recently went for IV therapy after a bout of sickness. The clinic space is beautiful and Parveen was incredibly helpful. The treatment worked great too, I was feeling brand new the next day!

THE TREATMENT

What a Myers Cocktail Is, and How Ours Differs

The Myers cocktail is an intravenous blend of magnesium, calcium, B vitamins and vitamin C, developed by Dr John Myers in Baltimore and later documented in the medical literature by Dr Alan Gaby. That published formula is what people mean when they ask for it by name, and it is why the name has outlasted almost every other drip on the market.

We offer it because patients ask for it, and we build on it rather than pouring it from a fixed menu. Your infusion begins with your health history, your hydration status and your actual goal, and the formulation is set from there.

Where your assessment calls for it, boosters are added: a high potency B complex, B12, biotin, NAD, L carnitine, and MIC, which is a blend of methionine, inositol and choline. Each one is discussed with you and priced in writing before your line goes in, never offered at the chair as an upsell.

Most infusions run 30 to 60 minutes in our dedicated IV lounge, administered by a registered nurse under the clinical oversight of nurse practitioner Parveen Sangha.

HOW WE PRACTICE

The Promethean Standard, Applied

The same four disciplines govern every treatment we offer, including this one. This is what medically led means in practice.

  1. 01

    Assess

A medical assessment of your health history, your anatomy, and your goals, and an honest answer on whether this treatment is right for you at all.

You leave knowing what is realistic for you.

  2. 02

    Plan

A written plan for your treatment: dosing or settings, timing, cost, and what it will and will not change. Nothing added that does not serve the outcome.

You know exactly what to expect, and why.

  3. 03

    Treat

Conservative technique from our nurse practitioner led, physician supported medical team, in our purpose built clinic at 1111 West Georgia Street.

You look like yourself, rested and well.

  4. 04

    Care

Follow up to review your result, plus wellness and longevity support under one roof, over years rather than appointments.

A clinic that knows your whole picture.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

What to Expect, and Who It Is For

What to Expect

  1. Consultation and assessment. A review of your health history, hydration status and goals, and an honest answer on whether a Myers style infusion is the right formulation for you.
  2. A written plan. The exact formulation, any boosters, and the full cost, confirmed before your line goes in.
  3. The infusion. 30 to 60 minutes seated in our dedicated IV lounge, monitored throughout by your registered nurse.
  4. Right after. Most patients return to their day immediately. Mild bruising at the site can occur and settles within days, and a mineral rich infusion can bring a brief feeling of warmth while it runs.
  5. Ongoing plan. Frequency is set to your goal and reviewed at each visit, not sold as a subscription.

Who It Is For, Honestly

Good candidates are healthy adults who want targeted nutrient and hydration support as one part of a wider plan, and who understand that an infusion supports good habits rather than replacing them.

  • A Myers style infusion carries a meaningful mineral load, so we do not treat certain cardiac, kidney or fluid balance conditions without physician clearance.
  • We do not treat during pregnancy without medical sign off.
  • We will decline a formulation built on a health claim no infusion can honestly deliver.

If it is not right for you, we will say so, and we will tell you what would serve you better, even when that is nothing at all.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Myers Cocktail Questions, Answered

Straight answers, the same ones you would get in the treatment room.

What is in a Myers cocktail?
The published formula combines magnesium, calcium, several B vitamins including B12, and vitamin C, given intravenously. That is the version people mean when they ask for it by name. Your own formulation is confirmed in writing at your consultation, since we adjust it to your assessment rather than serving one fixed recipe.

Is your Myers cocktail the same as the original formula?
It starts there. We use the published formulation as the foundation, then adjust it and add boosters where your assessment calls for them, which is why two patients asking for the same drip by name can leave with different bags. You are told exactly what is in yours before it runs.

What boosters can be added to a Myers cocktail?
A high potency B complex, B12, biotin, NAD, L carnitine, and MIC, which is a blend of methionine, inositol and choline. Boosters are recommended from your assessment and confirmed in writing beforehand, never added at the chair as an upsell.

What does a Myers cocktail cost in Vancouver?
Cost depends on the formulation, since no two plans use the same combination of fluids, vitamins and boosters. You receive an exact written quote at your consultation, before anything is booked, with no packages and no commission on your plan.

How often should you have a Myers cocktail?
Frequency is set to your goal and reviewed at each visit rather than sold as a fixed schedule. Some patients come once around a specific demand such as travel, illness or a hard training block, and others less often than they expect. If more frequent infusions would not serve you, we will say so.

Who administers the infusion, and how long does it take?
Your formulation is planned by our clinical team from your assessment, then administered by a registered nurse, under the clinical oversight of nurse practitioner Parveen Sangha, in our dedicated IV lounge. Most infusions run 30 to 60 minutes, seated and monitored throughout.

Who should not have a Myers cocktail?
A Myers style infusion carries a meaningful mineral load, so we require physician clearance for certain cardiac, kidney and fluid balance conditions, and medical sign off during pregnancy. Your assessment exists to catch this before anything is booked.
